Sinai BioDesign Fellowship Programs

The Sinai BioDesign fellowship serves as an accelerator for entrepreneurial members of the Mount Sinai medical community who wish to focus their careers toward medical technology innovation. Fellows lead business development efforts for BioDesign projects with the goal of viable business proposition and commercialization plan

THRIVE Fellowship

An extension of the annual Mount Sinai Health Hackathon, the Targeted Healthcare Innovation Fellowship is a 6-month program organized by Sinai BioDesign, in collaboration with ConduITS and Mount Sinai Innovation Partners. The program brings together multidisciplinary teams from throughout the Mount Sinai Health System to work alongside clinical domain experts in order to create novel and impactful technologies and ventures.

The Mount Sinai Health Hackathon

Co-founded and managed through a collaboration between Sinai BioDesign, ConduITS, and the Icahn School of Medicine, this annual hackathon brings students, faculty, and technologists together to rapidly build digital and device solutions to some of healthcare’s most pressing problems.
